Return costs are your responsibility. Packages must be returned via the Colissimo service and at the rates in effect at Colissimo. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept certain product returns such as bodysuits or even accessories.

We remind you that: The right of withdrawal has exceptions . For example, it is excluded for the "supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized" (article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code).

Products must be returned in their original condition, with their label and packaging.
